Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed in error, or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts where sweetnudes.com is located
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, sweetnudes.com will forward it to the original complainant. The original complainant will have 10 business days to file a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity. If no such action is filed, sweetnudes.com may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

It is sweetnudes.com's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. sweetnudes.com may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
