Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed in error, or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts where sweetnudes.com is located
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, sweetnudes.com will forward it to the original complainant.
